| Interview Assessment
Interview assessment provides the opportunity to develop a broad picture of an executive's strengths and weaknesses with empirical data from a range of observers. Observers may include the usual 360º observers but can also include strategic partners, vendors, or customers when appropriate. This structure supplements the information developed on the 22 variables in the Leadership Effectiveness Assessment. Structured Interview Assessment allows information to be collected on actual examples of successes and challenges and in-depth questioning in certain areas. This information, particularly for Performance Coaching, can provide valuable information for the coach and the individual. The questions and the list of interviewees are developed in a discussion with key observers. The interviews are completed and then a summary report, without identifying specific individuals, is developed. The report may be integrated into the LEA feedback or delivered separately. |
