Overview Organizations outsource their exit interviewing process to FS&F to:
The Process The interview questions used by the organization are developed in collaboration with FS&F's expertise and include qualitative and quantitative questions to assess employee loyalty, commitment, and reasons for leaving. The Human Resources Department has final approval over the questionnaire. FS&F will conduct phone interviews unless completing an interview by mail or e-mail is the only option to collect the information. Experienced human resource professionals conduct all interviews. Shortly after the end of the quarter, a report will be delivered to Human Resources. All information is kept confidential. |
